Dorking Flowers deliver flowers locally & across the UK.

We provide Same day local deliveries or nationwide teleflorist same day or teleflorist next day nationwide delivery.

Same Day local delivery - We deliver same day local delivery if order received by 1pm.

We deliver locally same day or next day to: Dorking, Abinger Hammer, Abinger Common,  Boxhill, Brockham, Betchworth, Buckland, Blackbrook, Bookham, Coldharbour, Effingham, Fetcham, Forest Green,Gomshall, North Holmwood, Mid Holmwood , South Holmwood, Holmbury St Mary, Headley, Leigh, Leatherhead, Ockley, Oakwood Hill, Leith Hill, Ranmore, Reigate, Shere, Wotton,Westcott, Westhumble, Walliswood.  

All of our bouquets are beautifully gift boxed or bagged in water for presentation unless requested otherwise.

Local Next Day Delivery

Our next-day local flower delivery service is available Monday - Saturday or preorder several days in advance.
Cost of delivery is £5.99 per bouquet.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank holidays.
Orders received on Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Please ensure that you have the correct full address details, accurate postcode of the intended recipient and a daytime contact telephone number for the recipient as well as a telephone number for yourself.
This is so that we can notify you should we encounter any delivery problems and contact the recipient if we need to.

On acceptance of your order you will be advised by e-mail confirmation. Please check that all the delivery details are correct. If they are wrong, please telephone us on 01306 876 776 or email orders@dorkingflowers.co.uk stating which details are incorrect.

Funeral Tribute Delivery

Sympathy tributes can only be delivered on a pre order or a next day delivery basis only.
Orders for next day sympathy tribute delivery must be received by 12noon to qualify for next day delivery.

For delivery of Sympathy Tributes we need the following information:
- The full name of the deceased.
- Address of Undertaker or Address of Crematorium-including full Postcode & telephone number if possible - not required if one of our local listed undertakers.
- Date of Funeral Service.
- Time Of Funeral Service.
- Card Message required.

In addition to the above we also need a daytime contact number for the person who has placed the order so that we can contact them if any query arises with the tribute.

It is the responsibility of the person who orders the sympathy tribute to ensure that all details are correct at time of ordering.
The correct name of the deceased, the correct delivery address including accurate full postcode and correct date & time for the funeral service so that Dorking Flowers may successfully deliver the required order in time for the funeral service and on the correct day.
Dorking Flowers cannot be held responsible for incorrect details given and wrong delivery - see disclaimer below.

Nationwide Delivery
Through teleflorist - a national florist relay company we can arrange delivery to all England and Wales postcodes, and to most of Scotland, Channel Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland.
For Nationwide deliveries your order will be processed through teleflorist, and will be delivered under teleflorist terms & conditions.

No refunds are accepted unless there has been an error in the order process.
We do not refund if the order has already been processed, nor do we refund based on late or failed deliveries as we cannot guarantee  deliveries for a specific time.

Dorking Station Deliveries
Dorking Flowers is at Dorking Station on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays and our text order delivery service is only available on these days. ALL orders must be made before  2pm on these days to qualify for the same day station delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery for any orders that arrive after this time for this service.
Whilst we will do our utmost to honour all deliveries received we must have due notice to fullfill the requested order.
To complete the order : text your name, amount wishing to spend ( minimum £20) & type of bouquet required  to 07765 797 887 
e.g.  Herman - classic white £30.
Please note: You will receive a confirmation text when your order has been received. If the confirmation text is not received then we have not received your order.
