In the event of any supply difficulty we reserve the right to substitute any flowers of equal value and quality without notice. Please ensure that you have the full address details, accurate postcode of the intended recipient and a daytime contact telephone number so that we can notify you should we encounter any delivery problems. Whilst we agree to delivery on the intended delivery date, on very occasional circumstances, delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we will make alternative arrangements or refund your payment in full. No refunds are accepted unless there has been an error in the order process. We do not refund if the order has already been processed, nor do we refund based on late or failed deliveries, unless the address is correct. We do not guarantee delivery to universities, halls of residence, hospitals, companies, residential homes, mobile home parks, schools and institutions as there is a higher incidence of deliveries not reaching the recipients at such institutions.
